The Enneagram is an ancient symbol used as a system for self-insight and growth. Our modern-day version is called '“the Enneagram of Personality”.
Each point of the Enneagram represents a way of being that arises from a distinct motivation. Each way of being shows up as a unique pattern of thinking, feeling, and behaving. We usually refer to this way of being as an Enneagram “type”.
Here’s where it gets interesting; you have a “home base” Enneagram type and you have access to all other types. When you understand how to use the Enneagram to access all types you can intentionally expand your presence and awareness.
With practice, you’ll naturally increase your capacity to hold paradox and complexity with your clients. The result? Change that sticks!

Mo and Cai bring a combined 60+ years of coaching, facilitation, and leadership development experience — and a shared belief that the most powerful tool you have is you. Both are Certified Enneagram Teachers in the Narrative Tradition, Certified Integrative9 Enneagram Practitioners, and Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) with the ICF.
Monique (Mo) Breault brings the grounding presence of her Type 9 Peacemaker to everything she does — a calm, inclusive energy that creates a space where everyone feels genuinely seen, heard, and safe enough to go deep. A veteran of Procter & Gamble in Japan and Hewlett-Packard in the US, her 30+ years of diverse, international experience give her a rare gift for creating spaces of belonging where real insight can quietly emerge.
Cai Delumpa brings the energy of his Type 7 Enthusiast to every session — infectious enthusiasm, a gift for seeing possibility, and a knack for asking just the right question that helps you connect the dots between the Enneagram, your life, and the work you do with others. His 30+ years at companies like Nike and Hewlett-Packard means he knows how to make complex ideas click in ways that are immediately useful and energizing.
