What’s InsightOut?

Workshops

Learn to use the Enneagram system to expand your presence and awareness in our experiential (and mostly free) workshops. You’ll lean into a specific aspect of the Enneagram and learn how to apply it in your life and work.

Community

The Enneagram Collective is our subscription-based, online community where you can access InsightOut Enneagram resources including videos, tools, tips, and online chats with fellow community members.

Mentoring

We provide mentoring, coaching, and Enneagram typing sessions, helping you deepen your understanding of the system and learn to apply it in ways aligned with your unique style - and Enneagram type!

New to the Enneagram? Here’s a 2-Minute Primer.

The Enneagram is an ancient symbol used as a system for self-insight and growth. Our modern-day version is called '“the Enneagram of Personality”.

Each point of the Enneagram represents a way of being that arises from a distinct motivation. Each way of being shows up as a unique pattern of thinking, feeling, and behaving. We usually refer to this way of being as an Enneagram “type”.

Here’s where it gets interesting; you have a “home base” Enneagram type and you have access to all other types. When you understand how to use the Enneagram to access all types you can intentionally expand your presence and awareness.

With practice, you’ll naturally increase your capacity to hold paradox and complexity with your clients. The result? Change that sticks—that starts with you.
